[TL/DR]

You create a squadron, a campaign and missions under that campaign.

Add your Squadron

  • You start by creating your squad, or a squad admin of an existing squad can add you to the squad as Admin.
  • The only thing required here is the Squad name. To make it more interesting for virtual pilots you can add a description of your squad.
  • You can set the squad as public or private. In case the squad is set to "private" it will not be displayed in the Squadrons list.
  • You can add squad admins by adding them with their E-Mail address. The E-Mail address must be known on the platform. click the + icon and fill out the form you get to add an account as squad admin.
  • Set how people can join your squad by setting "Invite Only".
    • As a squad admin you always have the ability to add new members by their E-Mail address if they have an account on this platform.
    • Next to this you can also set the squadron for everybody to join freely.
    • Squad admins can also remove members from the squad.
  • Add an image for your squad to make it even more interesting.
  • You can create as many squads as you like.

Adding Campaigns

  • Go to the "My Campaings/Missions" page.
  • Click the "Add Campaign" + icon, fill out the form and click "Save".
  • Set the visibility of this campaign.
    • If you set this campaign to only be visible for squad members this campaign will not be displayed when you are not a member of this squad.
  • After these settings have been stored you get more settings for the campaign.
  • Under "Blue Settings" and "Red" Settings you can now add your aircraft, radio, base, tanker and ship information. On this platform we call these "assets".
  • Click on the + icon behind any asset to enter this information.
  • Add your images for general, blue and red to make it more interesting.
  • You can set optional, campaign-wide, passwords for blue and red intel. If a password is set in the campaign settings, all blue and red intel on all missions created under this campaign will be hidden until the correct password is entered. Setting a password can be done for either Blue or Red, or both, or not at all. With this you can for instance hide the blue intel but display the red intel without the need for entering a password.
  • You can create as many campaigns as you like.

Adding Missions

  • Go to the "My Campaings/Missions" page.
  • Click the "Add Mission" + icon, fill out the form and click "Save".
  • After these settings have been stored you get more settings for the mission. At this point the settings from the campaign are also copied to the mission.
  • You can now alter all settings per mission, the settings in the campaign will remain as is.
  • If you want to revert back to the campaign settings, you can delete any assets in the mission. Information for empty mission assets will, if present, be taken from the campaign settings.
  • You can set optional passwords for blue and red intel which will hide the intel on the mission brief page until the correct password is entered. The passwords you set here override what is set in the campaign settings.
  • Optionally you can add the .miz file and set who can download it and when, so people can use the mission on their own server.
  • You can create as many missions as you like.

Any Questions

In case you have any questions, please join our Discord Server.

You can always add me (Hex) as admin for your campaign or mission if you need or want me to look at the settings in case you need any help. When all your questions are answered, you can remove me as admin from your campaigns and missions again. This is NOT mandatory, it is just an option you have, so I might be able to help you better.
